Contribution terms

Updated 29 October 2026. You keep ownership of your original contribution. Submit only work you created or have permission to share, and avoid copied game dialogue, books, artwork, secrets and personal information.

By agreeing at submission, you grant the handbook maintainer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, edit, combine, reproduce and publish your contribution as part of this handbook, including its search and assistant reference corpus. This permission allows future hosting and updates of the handbook; it does not transfer ownership of your work.

Publication is optional and editorial review is required. We may decline a contribution or change it for accuracy, clarity and house style. No payment is promised. Contact information stays private by default; any public byline or acknowledgement should be arranged with you. Use the contact route in the privacy notice for credit, corrections, rights complaints or removal requests. Existing public copies or archives may remain outside our control.
